TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND PLEASE SEE THE T&C’s BELOW
 
We want you to be over the moon with your purchase with us, however we understand that sometimes items don't work out.
 

RETURNS

To exchange or return please send to Blume Home, Unit 9 Sevenoaks Business Centre, Cramptons Road, Sevenoaks, TN14 5DQ.

Please mark clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your full name and order number. If you would like to exchange the item please state what item you would like to exchange for.

Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product is either faulty or returned in perfect condition. 

Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

When am I likely to receive the refund?
We process our refunds as soon as we can, once the item is received & is in the conditions set out as above. The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5 working days. We will send you an email containing the details of your refund. Please be aware it can take up to 2-10 working days for your funds to appear in your bank or PayPal account.
Faulty Items
There are in some instances faults with an item, please do let us know when this happens by email (quoting your order number) to hello@blumehome.co.uk - we will do everything we can to help to resolve the fault. 
In the event of an item being faulty we will take care of all postage costs.
